Shipping Policy and Return Policy
SHIPPING POLICY:
~ All orders over $100.00 will receive FREE shipping within the continental United States. All other orders within the continental United States will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $8.00.
RETURN POLICY:
~ Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. An e-mail must be sent to: InclusiveandChicBoutique@gmail.com notifying Inclusive and Chic Boutique of the return, stating the reason for the return and the date the return is mailed back. The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the returned item(s). Please keep the tracking number for your return in case of any postal error.
~All returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn and with all tags still intact. Items that have stains, deodorant, pet hairs or any odors will not qualify for a return. Returned items will be refunded as “store credit” and you will have 14 days from the date the return is postmarked to utilize your "store credit". The return amount will include the purchase price of the item(s). Please allow 3-7 business days to process once the return is received. All SALE items, jewelry, sun glasses and hats are FINAL and cannot be returned.
